In early 2007 enVision Property has expanded its corporate team substantially with experienced individuals from finance and construction to enable enVision to launch its New Europe investment vehicle – the enVision Property Fund.
enVision now offers its partners and investors both
- A tax efficient investment vehicle to channel funds into and out of relevant markets and locations in New Europe; and
- The local capability to commit and manage these funds to achieve superior returns in a high growth region.
