enVision Property Fund ( EPF ) is being established as a vehicle that enables investors to emulate the risks and returns of direct investment in property whilst delegating management and obtaining greater diversification than they would normally achieve on their own account. It also offers investors the opportunity to make a higher return through participating in the developers’ profits in a portfolio of early stage projects. It will focus on investments in those geographical markets that are underpinned by appreciating domestic and commercial property prices and strong tourist demand. It will invest in land, authorised projects and joint ventures in residential and commercial property in metropolitan and tourist areas, initially on the Black Sea Coast, mountain and inland regions and later in major urban centres and along arterial distribution routes. The first focus will be in less developed areas of the Bulgarian Coastline where there are still prime locations with reasonable land prices.
